From 1st November 2022, you will no longer be able to submit your VAT returns though the VAT Online Portal. After this date, all VAT returns must be filed through Making Tax Digital (MTD) compliant software.
By law, as a VAT registered business, you will be required to keep VAT records digitally and use software to send VAT returns.
